Gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their health, deal with adversity, lower levels of depression, and build strong relationships. It allows people (the receiver) to feel that they are needed and that their efforts are valued.
Faith plays a crucial role in conquering defeat. Through Christ Jesus, we find strength, comfort, and guidance. His teachings and example reminds us of the power within us to overcome challenges.
