Eliminate All Doubt
You don’t have to be sure if God will help you because He is not a liar. We can place our hope in Him and remove all doubts.
Due to my job, I receive many internal and external calls every day. One of my missions is to dispel any notion that my company is a scam. I’m sure we’ve all received a phone call from someone we thought was trying to contact us.
As I sat at my desk in the conference room before work, I overheard my coworkers talking about how they could convince customers that we weren’t scammers. Being polite and telling people your name and the reason you’re calling doesn’t eliminate the possibility that it’s a scam. A colleague said he told the caller that he wasn’t smart enough to lie. He made us all laugh.
Unfortunately, most of us have been exposed to so many lies throughout our lives that we are surprised by everything. We become paranoid and anxious. The Bible teaches that we should be anxious about everything and express our requests to God through prayer, supplication, and thanksgiving. Psalm 50:15 tells us that when we cry out to the Lord in times of trouble, He will save us and we will thank Him. The good news is that no matter what we are facing, God will keep His promises.
When we keep our eyes on God, it is easy for doubt, fear, and anxiety to take over. I am a witness to this, but thank God for turning me back to His Word. Not only that, but I remember everything God has done for me and my family in the past. God does not change and that is the good news. It is the same yesterday, today, and forever.
Conclusion
You don’t have to be sure if God will help you because He is not a liar. We can place our hope in Him and remove all doubts. We may have to ask God, help me with my doubts and that’s okay. I believe God is working a miracle just for you right now. Trust Him and do not doubt Him.
